Return Policy

 

It is our endeavor to service your order as per your expectations. In the unlikely event where our seller has failed to service your order in good condition or is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, in its original packaging, for a refund or an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. The policy is applicable on products where indicated by "7 day return seal” on the product page. The policy will not cover some of the categories and products due to hygiene reason, perishable nature and branded products or covered under manufacturer warranty. Products covered under this policy will be indicated by”7 day return” seal on the product page. In case of any kind of malfunction or defect on products covered under the manufacturer warranty, the item will need to be taken to the nearest service station authorized by the manufacturer. 
 
CAUTION: Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. 
 
PROCEDURE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT: 
 
To return the product, please ensure that the product is not used 
-Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging of the product along with its invoice. 
-Please connect with our customer care via mail, call or feedback within 7 days of having received the product. 
-The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product applicable for return policy and shall take the request for refund or exchange. 
-The procedure along with vendor shipping address shall be shared, to ship the product back to vendor 
-The product should be packed in its original packing and the shipping cost has to be borne by customer. 
-Please share the airway bill number with our customer care for records and tracking. 
-The refund process will be initiated once the seller has received the product(s). 
-We will refund the money the way the payment was made. 
 
EXCLUSIONS
 
-Products damaged or used post delivery acceptance, do not qualify for the Return Policy. 
-We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice. 
-Policy shall not be applicable for products where the delivery time has crossed 7 days 
-Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts or not complete along with accessories 
-Products having manufacturer's warranty. 
-As per points mentioned in the exclusion, neither Wasted Fish nor the merchants are liable to accept the product back. Request to cancel the order and refund will not be entertained.
